Hans has represented clients in high-profile IP matters before Swedish and international courts. Notable cases include successfully representing clients in the biggest copyright and trade secrets case in Swedish history, the first trademark case in Europe to apply the FM Directive as regards reboxing of medicinal products and the first case in Sweden that recognized copyright protection for a website.

Hans lectures at Stockholm, Uppsala and Lund Universities and speak and write on a wide variety of IP topics.
