Youning Guo specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, while also providing legal advisory services to his clients. Mr. Guo has represented clients in numerous litigation cases before the Supreme People’s Court of the PRC and various local courts, as well as arbitration cases administered by several leading Chinese arbitration institutions.

Within the realms of commercial contracts, corporate governance, new energy, private equity funds, real estate, and finance, he boasts extensive experience and a profound understanding. Mr. Guo has catered to a wide range of clients, including large enterprises, financial institutions, listed companies, private equity funds, and innovative technology firms. Known for his in-depth knowledge, Mr. Guo has authored many specialized articles on commercial litigation and arbitration, and he has been actively involved in researching various topics, such as disputes in the data transaction, China’s new Company Law and corporate governance compliance, judicial interpretations of the General Provisions of Contracts in the Civil Code and corporate contract management, disputes in the private equity fund industry, and judicial review of arbitration. Moreover, he has long been engaged in teaching courses to enterprises and legal interns, covering a range of topics including legal writing, court trial skills, and litigation management.
