Jessica has extensive experience and specializes in data protection, ePrivacy and information security.

She has acted as legal advisor and assisted both companies and authorities in most industries and assists on an ongoing basis with, for example, Supervisory Authority investigations, GDPR compliance projects, complex investigations and legal assessments in data protection and ePrivacy, drafting of policies and governing documents, contract negotiations and preparation of intra-group agreements and data transfer agreements, complex data sharing projects, incident management, data protection impact assessments and advice related to cross-border transfers of personal data, camera surveillance, patient data and healthcare legislation, pharmacy data law, processing of personal data in research, direct marketing, web data/cookies etcetera.

She also has extensive experience of working as an external data protection officer and of conducting due diligence and advising on data protection / privacy matters in connection with IPOs and mergers and acquisitions.

Jessica also has experience in commercial contracts, litigation, marketing, consumer and IT law. Before joining the firm, she worked as an associate specialized in data protection/privacy and tech for a major law firm and before that a boutique law firm specialized in data protection and IT law.
