Dispute Resolution

Daniel is head of Cirio’s Dispute Resolution team.

Daniel has acted as counsel for Swedish, foreign, and multinational companies throughout his 20+ years of litigation and arbitration experience in Swedish and international proceedings.

His considerable expertise encompasses a number of sectors and legal areas including insolvency law, governance and professional liability, insurance law, construction, IT, data protection law, M&A, and general commercial agreements.

Daniel's assignments have included regular audiences before courts and arbitral tribunals, and he has advocated before both general courts, including the Supreme Court, and administrative courts, as well as before various seats of arbitration with their specific arbitration rules. He also sits as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
