Emma is Cirio’s managing partner and a member of the firm's private M&A-group in which she also has particular focus with regard to representing founders, investors and other stakeholders in emerging and growth companies in the tech sector. Emma’s client base includes several Venture and Growth Capital funds as well as start-ups and emerging growth companies within a broad spectrum of technology verticals. Additionally, she has a prominent interest in digital transformation.

Emma has extensive experience from a wide range of venture capital financings, M&A transactions and start-up work, often of a cross-border nature. Her work also includes advising in matters regarding shareholders' issues and corporate governance, incentive programs, commercial agreements and growth strategies.
