Odd Swarting is a senior counsel at Cirio within the Life Science, Healthcare, and Food group. He primarily advises clients in matters appertaining to life science, healthcare/pharmaceutical, MedTech and other sectors including forestry. His focus is on regulatory and commercial matters for pharmaceutical and other life science businesses (biotech, pharma, MedTech, e-health, wellness and food, as well as healthcare and elderly care). Odd’s expertise is sought on a broad spectrum of matters ranging from market access (pricing and subsidies) to close collaboration with health care professionals and marketing departments. His practice is mainly directed at commercial contracts, research and development projects and public setor issues.

In addition, Odd advises clients with regard to distressed companies, liquidation and restructuring.
