Harsh is a Senior Associate with the Tech M&A Practice Group at Spice Route Legal. He advises some of the largest domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
While Harsh has significant expertise in technology transactions, he also specialises in deals involving financial services and aviation.
In 2025, Harsh played a pivotal role in technology deals valued at over USD 2 billion. These included advising on cross-border joint ventures for fragmented airline ownership and a landmark USD 1.35 billion divestment and sale of a division of one of the world’s largest technology companies.
