Senior Associate

Janhavi is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, advising global clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a strong focus on the Energy, Sustainability, and Mobility sectors. Her sectoral expertise positions her well to assist clients across solar and hydro power, hydrogen, alternative fuels, fuel cell technologies, and e-mobility.

She regularly advises on complex commercial contracts, private and public M&A, joint ventures, private equity transactions, pre-merger competition law matters and merger approvals, global business structuring, promoter disputes, employee incentive schemes, and cross-border investments. In addition to her corporate and commercial advisory work, she also assists clients in navigating sector-specific regulatory challenges within the energy industry.
