Ankita is a Partner at Spice Route Legal and co -leads the Financial Services Regulatory practice at the firm.  She possesses a unique ability to study the actions taken by the Reserve Bank of India and gauge the intent of the regulator’s movements across the financial landscape of India. She brings to the table a keen understanding of India’s financial sector regulations, the four main financial sector regulators, the prominent market trends, and the legal complexities that disrupt this sector. Within the financial services sector, Ankita's expertise covers a wide range of domains, including NBFC regulations, digital payments, lending, data protection, artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, cryptocurrency, wealth-tech, prevention of money laundering, and more.

Ankita also spends significant amount of her time advising clients on the issues pertaining to the management and transfer of financial data.
