Iqra also has principal responsibility for the firm's own debt recovery matters, managing the process from initial demand through to the issue of proceedings and enforcement where required.

During her studies, Iqra volunteered with the Birmingham Free Legal Advice Group as a pro bono student volunteer, where she conducted client interviews, gathered evidence and drafted letters of advice. She also undertook a judicial marshalling placement at Birmingham Crown Court, shadowing Her Honour Judge Buckingham, observing court proceedings and gaining insight into the role of the Bar.
