Litigation Executive at Witan Solicitors with a particular interest in landlord and tenant disputes, commercial leases and enforcement proceedings. Mason approaches matters with clarity, precision and transparent communication, and has wider experience across commercial litigation, civil disputes and immigration. He adopts a holistic and strategic approach to cases, ensuring legal jargon is simplified and clients are well informed throughout the lifecycle of their matter.

Mason joined Witan Solicitors in February 2026 as a Litigation Executive, having completed his LLB Law with Criminal Justice and his LLM Law in Practice at Birmingham City University. He is currently studying towards qualification as a solicitor through the SQE.

Before joining Witan, Mason developed substantial pro bono experience, first as an advocate with Support Through Court supporting members of the public navigating the court system as litigants in person and subsequently with Central England Law Centre, where he drafted and submitted legal applications in support of vulnerable clients. His pro bono work included applications that helped clients secure British citizenship, avoid homelessness, and prepare for civil proceedings, and has informed the diligent, empathetic and detail-focused approach he brings to his work at Witan.

Mason is resilient and client-focused, valuing clear communication and transparency to help progress matters in line with client expectations. Building trust with his clients is central to his approach, achieved through prompt, honest and accurate communication, and he is committed to ensuring clients are kept up to date and informed throughout the progress of their matter.

Outside of his legal career, Mason focuses on his life-long love of football, physical fitness and mental wellbeing. He enjoys comedy podcasts, good coffee, attending live sporting events and music events, and peaceful walks in the countryside.
