Johanna joined Witan Solicitors in September 2025 as a Litigation Executive and was promoted to Trainee Solicitor in February 2026, in recognition of the consistent quality of her work and her dedication to clients. She works as part of the firm's commercial and civil litigation team, supporting fee-earners across a broad range of contentious matters including shareholder disputes, personal guarantee disputes, mortgage repossession, winding-up petitions and bankruptcy proceedings. Her developing areas of interest are corporate and commercial disputes, contentious probate and estate disputes, civil fraud, mortgage repossession and insolvency, areas where her analytical mindset and willingness to engage with complex, fact-heavy matters are particularly well suited.
