Her Real Estate practice spans complex conveyancing, project development, financing, property M&A, and commercial tenancy. Polly is highly sought after by global corporations to advise on strategic retail leases and coordinating complex regional property restructuring across  Asia-Pacific. In the Corporate sphere, she handles M&A, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, private equity investments and general corporate governance.

Polly maintains a significant Private Client practice, offering sophisticated wealth and succession planning. She assists clients with testate and intestate succession, including drafting wills, securing Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and administering complex local and foreign estates across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualified in Hong Kong (1997) and England & Wales (2008), Polly holds LLB and PCLL degrees from The University of Hong Kong and Master of Laws in Chinese and Comparative Law from City University of Hong Kong. She is a GBA-qualified lawyer, providing crucial legal solutions for the Greater Bay Area, and serves as a Civil Celebrant of Marriage.
