With more than two decades of experience, Fabrizio de Oliveira Sasdelli has extensive experience in advising companies, financial institutions, multilateral and development agencies and investment funds iin project finance, structured loans and fund raising in the capital markets both in Brazil and abroad.

Fabrizio was a partner in large law firms in Brazil, having his practice areas recognized by top tier global publications such as Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000, Lacca Approved and Who’s Who Legal. He also worked in the United States as an international lawyer in the Project Finance area at well-known firms in New York and Boston.
