Career
Juliano is a specialist in the real estate legal market, with over 15 years of experience advising companies and investment funds on strategic and highly complex transactions. His practice focuses on the structuring and negotiation of direct and indirect acquisitions and investments in real estate assets, including Built to Suit agreements, Sale & Leaseback transactions with receivables securitization, as well as joint ventures and management agreements for the development of projects in the residential, logistics, and wholesale sectors.
Before leading the Real Estate practice at Mello Torres, Juliano built a solid career at prominent law firms, giving him a comprehensive, 360-degree view of the industry.
