Eduard Pajdlhauser has built a real estate, development, and corporate law practice with a strong foundation in environmental and energy matters. He guides clients through every stage of real estate and commercial transactions - from initial structuring, due diligence, and permitting through contract negotiation, negotiating supplier contracts, and enforcing warranty rights, to representation before courts and public authorities.

He has played a hands-on role in some of Slovakia´s landmark development projects, partnering with investors, municipalities, and infrastructure stakeholders on both domestic and cross-border deals. His core practice covers real estate, development, construction, environmental, energy, and corporate law, where he handles contract drafting, legal analysis, and court and administrative representation, with his work regularly extending into banking, finance, and bankruptcy law where these intersect with his primary specialisations.
