She is currently the head of the Firm’s Labour, Social Security & Immigration Department

With more than 20 years of professional experience in labour and social-security law, she has taken part in collective bargaining, the labour structuring of companies, labour audits, due-diligence processes, responses to oversight-body requirements, and UGPP advisory work. She advises national and foreign companies on labour, social-security and immigration matters and handles labour proceedings and litigation. She is currently the head of the Firm’s Labour, Social Security & Immigration Department

She has served as a labour arbitrator on the Supreme Court of Justice’s list of arbitrators. A member of the Labour Lawyers Association, she is a frequent speaker on labour matters and advises several domestic and foreign investment companies on both individual and collective labour issues. She possesses extensive negotiation expertise. She completed a corporate-governance seminar at Yale University’s Yale School of Management, has participated as a Delegate to the International Labour Conference in Geneva (Switzerland).

She has worked in DG&A since 2004 and became a partner in 2016.
