She has worked in D&A since 2018, successfully handling consulting, advisory, litigation, and research roles within the fields of labor, social security, and immigration law.

Graduated with a law degree from the Nueva Granada Military University in 2022. Additionally, she holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the Pontifical Universidad Javeriana (2024).

Yessika Suancha-Guzman deeply values ​​time spent with her family, her parents and sister and is an animal lover; she shares her life with a cat and a dog that play a fundamental role in her daily routine. She is a firm believer in volunteering and community service, dedicating part of her time to supporting social causes
