Emma is a specialist solicitor who holds the key dual roles of Head of Training for April King Legal and Supervisor for our regulated consultant practice with Nexa Law. As a fully qualified member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), she possesses impressive technical knowledge in all areas of private client law.

In her capacity as Head of Training, Emma is dedicated to mentoring and developing our lawyers, ensuring the highest standards of practice across the firm.

She guides families with an empathetic and tailored approach through the complexities of probate and estate administration. Emma’s friendly nature, combined with her expertise and status as a trained Dementia Friend, allows her to provide clients with exceptionally high-quality and supportive legal advice. She is an integral part of our team, championing both professional development and outstanding client service.
