Sapphira is an associate solicitor in the Family & Divorce Law Department. Sapphira deals with a broad spectrum of private family law matters including divorce, matrimonial finances, separation, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, private children law, surrogacy, domestic abuse and cohabiting couples. Sapphira works alongside partners on complex and high-net-worth cases, as well as leading on appropriate matters. Sapphira works with clients from diverse backgrounds and her cases often involve international aspects.

Sapphira provides bespoke advice to every client and prides herself on an empathetic yet pragmatic approach, collaborating closely with them to understand their priorities. She has particular expertise in several areas including complex issues relating to pensions including high value public sector schemes. As well as experience of advice post settlement including in applying to set aside financial orders.

Sapphira is a member of Resolution, the association for family lawyers who are committed to resolving conflict in a non-contentious manner. She will always strive to resolve matters without recourse to court. However, where proceedings are necessary, Sapphira is experienced in supporting clients through that process to achieve desired outcomes.

Sapphira currently sits as a committee member for Resolution’s Innovation Group.
