Henry joined Hanne & Co in March 2025. He advises clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce and the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, pre and post-nuptial agreements, disputes relating to children and cohabitation disputes.

Many of Henry cases have an international element, and often involve complex financial structures. He has a particular interest in cases involving Japan, having lived there prior to qualifying as a solicitor, and cases that involve the relocation of children by one parent, either overseas or domestically.

In 2021, Henry was shortlisted for the YRes Rising Star Award, for the YRes Member who has demonstrated their potential as a future leader in family justice. He is committed to resolving disputes in a constructive way wherever possible and has a strong focus on non-court dispute resolution (‘NCDR’).

Henry has been quoted by Citywealth magazine and written articles for a number of publications including Today’s Family Lawyer and The Review.

Henry trained and worked for many years at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, one of London’s leading firms, before joining a top-ranked boutique firm in South West London.  He graduated with a first in Law from Bristol University and achieved a distinction in his LPC at the University of Law. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
