Apoorv Shishodia is a key member of the Firm’s Employment Law and Corporate Advisory Practice, advising domestic and international clients on a broad spectrum of employment, labour, corporate, and commercial matters. His practice is focused on delivering strategic, business-oriented legal solutions, with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, transactional support, workforce structuring, and risk mitigation across diverse industries.

His corporate and commercial practice includes advising on complex transactions, corporate structuring, and business reorganizations. He regularly supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence exercises, commercial negotiations, and the preparation and review of transaction documentation.

On the employment side, he advises on a wide range of labour and employment law matters, including workforce transitions, social security compliance, employee benefits, and statutory entitlements. He has extensive experience in preparing employment documentation and advising on workplace policies, internal investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and sensitive employee relations issues. He also supports organizations on compliance initiatives, including workplace conduct frameworks and implementation of evolving labour law reforms.
