With over 15 years of experience, André advises companies in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices sectors, with a strong focus on complex negotiations, commercial contracts, and M&A transactions, both in Brazil and abroad.

He has solid expertise in regulatory and corporate law, combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of the legal requirements applicable to the sector. He led the legal department for Latin America at a large multinational company in the healthcare industry, gaining in-depth knowledge of the internal challenges faced by global organizations and positioning himself as a true business partner.

Before joining the firm, André lived in Beijing for a year and was part of the Chinese Desk at a Big Four firm, enhancing his international experience and his ability to navigate across diverse cultures and corporate environments.
