Career

Patricia, a founding partner of CGM, leads the firm's labor and employment practice, providing both advisory and litigation services to domestic and international companies across a range of industries. She has extensive experience representing clients before the Brazilian Public Ministry of Labor and other government authorities, as well as in nationwide union negotiations.

Patricia also advises on diversity and equality matters and, as part of the firm’s compliance team, conducts internal investigations into labor issues. Her expertise includes handling cases involving harassment, discrimination, fraud, and workplace privacy.

In addition, Patricia manages labor projects across multiple countries in Latin America.
