With CGM since its founding, Eliana has almost thirty years' experience working with comercial contracts, intellectual property and entertainment law. She coordinates CGM’s Intellectual Property practice, assisting Brazilian and foreign clients with the analysis and planning of business structures and drafting contracts to manage their intellectual capital in a safe and efficient manner.

Throughout her career, she has acted for clients in varied sectors of economy, with special focus in retail, including franchises, technology, e-commerce, entertainment, software, and education.
