Carolina leads the real estate practice, bringing extensive experience in advising both Brazilian and international companies across various sectors of the real estate market. She has successfully managed land title regularization projects and overseen the structuring, development, and financing of numerous real estate ventures, including shopping malls, commercial and residential condominiums, logistics centers, coworking spaces, hotels, condo-hotels, resorts, residential subdivisions, hypermarkets, soccer stadiums, and data centers.

Carolina is highly experienced in infrastructure projects, rural and urban property acquisitions, and leasing, as well as built-to-suit arrangements. She has also conducted audits, securitization of real estate receivables, and structured financing guarantees for both domestic and international financial institutions.
