Marcos Abe is one of the firm’s founding partners, heading the corporate and M&A sectors. He has international experience, coordinating highly complex corporate transactions in several economic sectors. He represents clients in cross-border operations, while providing legal advice on distressed assets and distressed companies. Marcos is a strategic negotiator taking an assertive role in the most sensitive corporate disputes between parties.
