William focuses on M&A transactions. He advises clients on corporate restructuring and corporate governance projects. During 2017 he was an intern at the offices of Matsuda & Partners in Japan. William returned to Japan in April 2019 to begin his PhD in Corporate Law, while maintaining his ties and commitment to our Law Firm.
