James Cameron supports clients ranging in size from publicly traded companies with international holdings to individual investors and entrepreneurs in corporate and commercial transactional law.

For more than 30 years, Jim has developed his areas of practice in response to his clients’ needs, allowing him to gain a wide variety of experience in a number of complementary areas of the law. Although commercial property transactions are one of Jim’s primary practice areas, he also assists domestic and international clients with commercial transactions in industries such as construction, pawn, banking and finance, travel and transportation, high tech, retirement and health care, biotechnology, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution, retail sales, and agriculture.

Jim is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and serves as Co-Leader of Clark Hill’s Real Estate Practice Group.
