Anca Iosif is a recognised certified business lawyer and public notary, with over 18 years of experience in advising important players with respect to a wide range of local and international projects.

Prior to founding PRO LEGAL | Iosif & Asociatii SCA, Anca has gained in-depth expertise as a business lawyer with French law firm GIDE LOYRETTE NOUEL and other top law firms active on the Romanian market, where she was involved in or coordinated complex restructuring projects, including the privatization of some major financial or other State institutions on the Romanian market or the acquisition of other important players, either under the form of shares deals or business transfers.

Anca is also qualified in complex and sensitive corporate and employment restructuring processes, having considerable experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, as she works with the clients to understand how employment issues arise in their organization and recommends strategies to deal with the cause of problems.
