Ingrid Bertschy advises and represents Swiss and foreign individuals and companies in domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration proceedings. Her practice focuses on white collar crime, debt collection and insolvency law, as well as corporate and contract law. She regularly advises and supports her clients on a wide range of legal matters, acting in part as “one-stop shop”.
