Tammy leads our Class Action Litigation and the  Regulatory Department .

Tammy has been involved in several Class Action claims relating to accessibility of premises, websites and services. In addition, in Class actions against Insurers – both in respect of claims not paid in full and in respect of over-charged premiums. Tammy and her team monitor Class Actions filed against insureds in order to protect the interests of their liability (product, professional and general) Insurers.

Tammy also handles claims on behalf of herbicide and pesticide manufacturers, and was involved in claims against said manufactures mainly for damage allegedly caused to crops due to the use of the material.Tammy also deals with regulatory issues, advising insurers and insurance brokers with regard to regulatory aspects applying to the day-to-day work and suggesting amendments to forms and work processes.Tammy handles several B.B.B. claims relating to acts of fraud and embezzlement.Recently, Tammy dealt with several claims relating to Covid impact on insureds as well as insurers.Tammy was the defence attorney in several Pharmaceutical Class Action claims relating to drugs prescribed in Israel.Tammy often lectures to insurance companies regarding updates of precedents affecting insurance and litigation.
