Head of the D&O Liability Department.

Head of the Aviation Department (General liability and Hull).

Member of the Cyber team, as well as the Financial Institution team.

Moshe heads the D&O Department consisting of partners and associates. He represents the interests of most Insurers and Reinsurers writing D&O/E.P.L./FI Policies.

In recent years the D&O department has been involved in most substantial claims filed in Israel against Directors of public companies, including Securities Class Actions, Derivative Actions and Liquidators’ claims.

The D&O Department represents Insurers’ and Reinsurers’ interests as Monitoring Counsels and representation in court proceedings involving Insurers as direct defendants.

The D&O Department also represents Insurers and Reinsurers in coverage disputes and has been involved in various court precedents relating to said disputes.

Moshe heads the Aviation Dept. and handles Hull and General Liability claims on behalf of Insurers. The department has been involved in the litigation of most GA claims in Israel.

Moshe has also particular expertise in disputes concerning the Montreal Convention, Cargo claims, Subrogation claims.
