He also has a well established reputation in advising corporate occupiers on their office relocation projects. Will acts for both UK-based clients and international clients seeking to acquire assets in the UK, whether they be private companies or family offices.

Will also advises lenders on real estate investment as well as development funding projects, in particular focusing on the property due diligence of the asset to ensure that the security being offered to the lender is appropriate. He acts for various types of lenders including major banks and development funders and has a particular interest working for alternative lenders in the energy and renewables sectors.
