Sarah is a partner and expert real estate disputes solicitor with broad experience across both the commercial and residential sectors, especially in high-value, complex matters. She is based in the firm’s London office.

Her clients are institutional landlords and investors (including pension funds), developers, ground rent investors (blocks of flats and some houses), high net worth investors and individuals, and smaller business owners and entrepreneurs. Sarah provides advice and deals with disputes in relation to a wide range of property matters, with a particular specialism in business leases and land and development disputes. She is experienced in resolving matters arising from Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 opposed and unopposed lease renewals, dilapidations, arrears and tenant insolvency, breach of covenants and enforcement including forfeiture.

Sarah additionally handles matters concerning easements including rights of light, restrictive covenants (including modification and discharge), neighbour disputes (including boundary disputes), site clearance strategies for sizeable developments, TOLATA and other breach of trust claims. Her work also extends to professional negligence claims against property professionals.
