Career
Dan joined Machins in 2019 as a paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team. He completed his two year training contract at Machins, qualifying in July 2023 into the Company Commercial team in Luton. Dan was promoted to associate solicitor in November 2025.
During his time at Machins, Dan has developed broad experience and now provides advice on a number of areas, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and general commercial matters. He is also able to assist with a wide range of commercial property issues.
