Her expertise spans corporate tax risk management and compliance, she leads internal investigations, and she manages HMRC civil enquiries and criminal investigations, including responses to information requests and dispute resolution by negotiation or litigation.

Kate has substantial experience representing clients before the UK Courts. She also acts on non-tax investigations where HMRC is the investigative or supervisory authority, including export controls.
