Career
Simon has more than 25 years’ experience in family law. He facilitates the smooth progress of complex financial matters and seeks to defuse and actively resolve high-conflict children disputes. Wherever there are children, he provides constructive and effective legal guidance, ensuring that everyone involved considers those children’s interests as a priority. He aims for constructive negotiations and the use of non-court dispute resolution processes wherever workable, and provides expert conduct of litigation and court advocacy if not. Simon’s clients come from all walks of life and a wide geographical area, and many are referred to him by former clients and fellow legal professionals. He is passionate about achieving good service and the best possible outcome at an appropriate cost. He is a collaborative practitioner and also accepts instructions as a Family Law Arbitrator for children’s cases.
