Kevin is a member of the Hogan Lovells Cadwalader' Investigations, White Collar and Fraud practice focusing on environmental, safety, and human rights matters.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            He has extensive experience advising on environmental and safety issues in the context of corporate, real estate and finance transactions and projects. He advises on a range of contamination, air emissions, climate change, carbon trading and chemicals regulation. He regularly advises on corporate reporting requirements, and on emerging business and human rights issues. He also acts on regulatory investigations and enforcement.
