Mitin joined the Longmores team as a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2025. He previously worked at an international law firm and a city firm in their commercial property teams. He qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and has experience working across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

Mitin works with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, and tenants. He has experience in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals,, leases, asset management, development work and refinancing with a primary focus on the office, retail and logistics sectors.

Mitin works closely with his clients to understand their aims and provides support from the start of their property transaction. He enjoys fostering long-term relationships to help clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
