Alex leads Linklaters’ Global Employment and Incentives practice which advises leading corporations and financial institutions including over half of the FTSE top 20, three-quarters of the top 20 global investment banks and half of the top 20 global asset managers including their boards.

She has a very broad practice advising on significant corporate transactions (including public company takeovers, private M&A and IPOs); corporate governance; Board, executive and senior management appointments and terminations; global remuneration rules including the application of freezing, malus and clawback; incentive plan design and implementation; workforce engagement; crisis management and investigations.

Alex has volunteered throughout her career. She currently chairs Linklaters’ London Social Impact Committee; is a Trustee of the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales and is a member of Business in the Community’s London Leadership Board.
