Position

Jacqueline is a Solicitor-Advocate with extensive experience of international arbitration and cross-border commercial disputes. She has conducted ad hoc and institutional arbitrations under all major arbitral institutional rules (including the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules) in cases arising from all major industry sectors, in particular energy, construction and financial services. Jacqueline acts as counsel in High Court litigation, often in connection with arbitral proceedings. Her experience includes acting in post-award enforcement and nullification actions, enforcement proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and complex commercial litigation disputes.

Jacqueline has been named “Next Generation Partner” for International Arbitration in a leading legal directory and has been recognised as One to Watch in the Best Lawyers in the United Kingdom for International Arbitration. She has lectured on public international law and international arbitration at Queen Mary University of London. Jacqueline is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the LCIA, ICCA and ArbitralWomen, and an inaugural member of the LCIA EDI Steering Committee.
