Igor Rogovoy is a Partner in Linklaters’ corporate department. He advises on a wide range of equity and debt capital markets transactions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance compliance matters. Igor has handled many of the firm’s most complex transactions, including transformational M&A, financings, and IPOs, with a particular focus on the mining and minerals and financial technology sectors. In addition, Igor is the Co-Head of Linklaters’ Mining Sector and is well-known for his work advising global mining and minerals companies.

Igor holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
