Adrien is a counsel in our Luxembourg investment funds practice. He focuses on private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt and venture capital fundraising, including the structuring, marketing and establishment of funds, as well as advising investors on their investments across a wide range of asset classes. His expertise includes structuring co-investments and bespoke solutions, including continuation funds.

Adrien also leads the investor practice in Luxembourg, acting for insurance companies, corporates and sovereign wealth funds on their investment activities.

French, English, Luxembourgish and German

Adrien holds a Degree in law from the University of Aix-en-Provence (France) as well as a diploma in common law from University College Cork (UCC, Ireland).
