Filippo is a managing associate in the Banking & Restructuring practice of our Milan office. He specialises in Italian and cross-border restructuring and turnaround procedures, with experience in advising funds, banks and corporate entities. He also developed a significant experience in corporate lending and leverage finance transactions across the Linklaters Milan and London offices, where he worked in 2024 advising banks and corporate entities in syndicated lending, distressed lending and acquisition financings.
