Hubert is head of Corporate in Paris. Hubert has more than 25 years of experience and specialises in private and public M&A, joint ventures, stock exchange law, corporate governance and group reorganisations. He acts for French and international clients on a range of domestic and cross border matters across a wide range of sectors.

Hubert holds a post graduate degree in private law from the Université Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne, a post graduate degree in business law from the Université Paris II – Panthéon Assas, and a Master of Laws from Yale Law School.

He is registered with the Paris and New York State bars.

Hubert has published more than 40 papers on developments affecting corporate law by French regulatory bodies.
