Position

Laetitia is a managing associate in the Paris Intellectual Property team, where she works on both contentious and non-contentious matters in relation with all type of intellectual property rights.

Laetitia has expertise in all areas of intellectual property, with a particular focus on national and pan-European patent, copyright and trademark litigation.

Laetitia also advises her clients in the drafting and negotiation of contracts related to intellectual property, including art work commissioning, assignment of rights and licensing agreements. Laetitia also has extensive experience in contracts related to the gaming industry.
