Pierre-Arnoux is widely recognised for his experience in leveraged buyout (LBO) transactions, debt restructuring, acquisition financing, general corporate financing, and is one of the few French experts acting in funds financing (equity bridge, NAV financing, GP financing). He has structured and negotiated the first Equity Bridge Financing made available in France at the end of 2012.

Pierre-Arnoux represents financing providers –senior or subordinated– and sponsors and borrowers in deals with other high-ranking law firms and individuals.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Pierre-Arnoux was the head of the Finance Department at McDermott Will & Schulte, which he has set up from scratch in April 2015. He also worked as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2012-2014) and at Weil Gotshal and Manges (2006-2012).
