Jonathan is a partner in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team at Lindsays. He is a Solicitor Advocate with over 20 years’ experience both pursuing and defending claims in the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.

Jonathan has acted as Legal Representative on behalf of a number of Core Participants in high profile Public Inquiries. He provides his clients with expert advice and representation in this specialist area of practice.

Having represented a wide range of major insurance clients in high value and complex litigation matters, Jonathan understands what is required to progress a matter efficiently and effectively.
