Private Client Services

Kirsty is a Partner in our Private Client team, based in Dundee. She deals with a wide variety of Private Client matters, including the administration of executries and trusts, and the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney.  Kirsty also regularly advises on succession planning, Inheritance Tax and trusts used for asset protection.

Kirsty has been a part of the Lindsays team since 2018, previously working in both Glasgow and St Andrews. She studied at Dundee University for both the Scots Law LLB and the Diploma in Legal Practice and latterly has been a Tutor on the Diploma, teaching future solicitors on the Private Client module.

Kirsty has completed the professional examinations required for STEP membership and obtained a Distinction pass for the Diploma.
